About Milly
I’m a second year student at the University of Oxford studying Earth Sciences, with experience tutoring maths and chemistry GCSE. Being fairly close in age to my students means I understand what learning at school is really like and which study methods actually work. I aim to make lessons relaxed, supportive, and confidence-boosting, while still helping students properly understand the content and feel proud of their progress.

My one-hour lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style and pace. We begin by breaking topics down clearly, then work through focused examples in a way that suits how the student learns best. As confidence grows, we move on to more challenging past-paper style questions to apply the knowledge and strengthen exam technique. Lessons are interactive, encouraging, and adapted to help each student make steady progress and build confidence in their abilities.
