About Nathan
I have a black sash in Modern Wushu and traditional Hung Gar Shaolin Kungfu and Futgar Buddhist Kungfu. I have 25 years of experience as a martial arts performer, over 15 years as a teacher, former Canadian Wushu team member, Reiki level 3 teacher, IHQF Qigong certified instructor. I run my own kungfu studio in Ontario, Canada.

I teach 45 to 60 minute lessons on traditional Shaolin southern style kungfu. This traditional art form dates back as old as the Han dynasty and is slowly becoming a lost art. I have been training and studying this art for over 25 years and would like to keep these old traditions going. I will go through history and culture, basic techniques and footwork, weapons and hand routines. Kungfu is great not just for Chinese culture and history enthusiasts but also a great form of exercise and to get into shape. You will improve your flexibility, strength, coordination, agility, mobility, and balance. Ages 12 and up, all fitness levels welcome.
