About Grisham
I’m a sixth form student who is passionate about Maths, Chemistry and Biology looking to study medicine at university. Having achieved top grades in my studies, I understand the importance of having a good understanding of the subject as well as using effective revision and exam techniques which I am keen to pass on to students.
I want to tutor because I enjoy helping others understand topics they may find challenging and seeing their confidence grow. I believe that with the right support and a personalised approach, every student can make progress. I want to use my own experience and knowledge to make learning more enjoyable, approachable and effective for my students.

I focus on making lessons clear, engaging and personalised to each student’s needs. Having achieved top grades in my subjects, I understand the knowledge, techniques and exam skills needed to succeed. I use this experience to help students improve their understanding and confidence.
My lessons include clear explanations, worked examples, practice questions and exam-style questions. I adapt my teaching to each student’s strengths, weaknesses and goals, ensuring they learn at a pace that suits them.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long, but can be tailored to an individual’s needs. They are aimed at students aged 11–16 studying Maths, Chemistry or Biology up to GCSE level. My goal is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
