I'm a process based teacher. Over time, I've realized that focusing on the process rather than the outcome is something that takes two very distinct and equally important things: discipline and focus. If a child is being taught to do things in the moment, play, or pitch at a time — then you will find that the journey may be more rewarding than the outcome itself.
