About Nihar
I am a Mechatronics Engineer. I have recently completed my master's in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Systems Management from the University of Manchester and I'm still waiting for my results. I have currently published three research papers in IEEE conferences held at the University of Oxford, University of Essex and one in France. I am currently applying for research associate roles and also PhD all around the world. I have good industrial experience as I have worked as an intern in 6 different companies. I also have UK work experience in the field of Health working as a Carer. I have also worked for Manchester United football club as a part-time Kiosk Assistant on match days. Currently, I am working with Amazon as a Sortation Associate in a warehouse in Manchester. I have also been a part of the University of Manchester Volunteering Hub and attended 2 events. I am also a student representative of my course at the University of Manchester. I think all my education and experience make me a very versatile candidate and suitable for the role.

My teaching methodology is basically concept oriented. I love to teach students until and unless they get the concept clear. I am not a tutor who can spoon-feed someone. I will help the student understand where they are going wrong and help them rectify their mistakes.

Nihar is one of the most efficient and highly skilled engineers. He has a firm grip on the concepts of engineering and can provide solutions for complex problems with ease. During the time that I have known him, he has proven his analytical skills, thinking outside the box and providing creative solutions that can be comprehended easily. He has mentored his juniors and fellow classmates in academics and life lessons. He has the mettle of a good teacher and mentor. He is patient, hardworking and trustworthy.
I know Nihar since the last 4 years. We were together in an engineering college where Nihar helped me clear many of my doubts. He was my go-to person for complex mathematical problems and he always helped me out. He is a wonderful friend, a helpful person and is compassionate about others' feelings.
Nihar has a dynamic personality with never ending energy. This gets complemented with his ideas and classroom insights.
