About Biruk
Hello! My name is Biruk, and I’m passionate about helping middle school students understand and enjoy math. I believe math is not about being “smart” or “gifted”—it’s about clear explanations, patience, and confidence. Many students struggle with math not because they can’t do it, but because no one has explained it in a way that makes sense to them. That’s where I come in. In my lessons, I focus on: Explaining concepts step by step Using simple examples from everyday life Helping students build confidence, not fear Making sure students truly understand before moving forward I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students improve their grades and believe in themselves. I especially enjoy working with students who feel stuck, confused, or discouraged by math—I love seeing that moment when things finally “click.” My goal is not just to help students solve problems, but to help them think clearly, stay calm, and grow confident in their abilities. My teaching methods are mostly practice involved. I teach basic mathematics that prepares students for high school and college-level mathematics. My teaching methods are fun and easy to understand, especially as a beginner or as a middle school student. The lesson is primarily for middle school students, but I can also teach early high school students.
