I am a student studying at Isa Carstens. People’s well-being is a passion of mine. I love helping people come out of their shells and become their best self, both mentally and physically. I am a very open minded person and I love sharing what I know in order to benefit other people too.

I base my classes on personal experiences, I have had to deal with grief and sorrow , I make notes on all of my emotions and research how to overcome my certain moods and step forward. By doing this, I am able to recognize what mood I find myself falling into and am able to pull myself out of it before I get too caught up in it
