About Clarissa

I am a multilingual language professional working in the Orlando area. I have been teaching students from all over the world for several years, specializing in adult and teenage learners. I currently work as a language teacher / tutor, translator, and subtitler.

About the lesson

I design my classes around the task-based approach: languages exist as a tool to perform a task in everyday life. I truly believe in the use of realia to develop all four macro-skills (i.e. listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Also, having been a language student myself, I have a perspective most native teachers do not have - I simply know how hard it can be!
