About Thimiri
As a Speech Pathology student at Edith Cowan University, I understand the importance of developing strong communication and literacy skills from an early age. I am patient, reliable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I take the time to understand each student's strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring my lessons to help them build confidence and achieve their goals. Whether your child needs support with reading, writing, spelling, grammar, or homework, I aim to make each lesson engaging, encouraging, and productive.

Hi! I'm Thimiri, a Speech Pathology student at ECU with a passion for helping children build confidence in English. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each child's needs and learning pace.
My lessons are interactive, encouraging, and focused on making learning enjoyable. I use a mix of reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and comprehension activities, while giving students plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice new skills. I also provide positive feedback and simple strategies to help them improve both in class and at home.
Lessons typically run for 1 hour and are suitable for primary school students (Years 1–6). Whether your child needs extra support, homework help, or wants to build confidence in English, I'll create a supportive environment where they can learn and grow.
