About Axola

Well I am Axola Mzini ,currently enrolled to do my Masters in Sport sciences and conditioning. I am an aspiring Sport science lecture to be and I really take everything that I do seriously. I always make sure that that my lesson are well planned and most importantly very fun,engaging and easy to follow.

About the lesson

Lesson are very in depth and information. The lessons are divided into both theory and practical where you apply what you have just learnt practical during real life situations. There is also use of a lot of props and equipment that will give you additional knowledge on how to use certain sports apparatus. There is also the use of video analysis and data analysis which accommodates critical and analytical think .
