My name is Ntlakanipho Manxeba I am a graduate in the University of kwazulu Natal in the field of sports Sciences and currentlypersuing my honours degree in exercise science in the University of kwazulu Natal.

I want to grow in the health and fitness industry and pass my knowledge acquired in the field to help other to grow and successfully pursue their dreams in health and fitness industry

About the lesson
