About George
I'm a mathematician who loves teaching and wants to be independent of the university system. I received my math PhD from Berkeley in 2012, taught at UCLA for 3 years, and then at Stanford 2015-2021. Nowadays I do consulting work in the video games industry, but want to continue practicing as a teacher, tutor, and mentor to students. :)
Outside of math, I enjoy video games, reading, cooking, hiking, and lifting. Also, I own the world's strangest dog (it's true)!
