About Ashmika
My teaching approach is practical, student-focused, and easy to understand. I first identify the student’s current knowledge level and learning difficulties, then explain concepts step by step using simple examples, diagrams, and practical applications. I encourage students to ask questions and solve problems independently, while providing guidance and feedback when needed.
My typical lesson is 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s level and subject requirements. I usually divide the lesson into concept explanation, worked examples, practice questions, and a short review.
I have a BSc (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and practical engineering experience. My engineering background has given me a strong foundation in mathematics, including trigonometry, algebra, calculus, and engineering mathematics.
My lessons are suitable for school students, secondary-level students, foundation/diploma students, and beginner engineering students who need support with mathematics and engineering-related subjects.
My goal is to make difficult topics easier to understand and help students build confidence through consistent practice and clear explanations
