About Deon
I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer (VFA Learning) with over 10 years of training experience, specializing in strength & conditioning, combat sports, and grappling.
I offer virtual coaching and hands-on training from my fully equipped home gym. With real combat sports and grappling experience, I can teach and integrate sport-specific strength, conditioning, and movement for BJJ, wrestling, MMA, and boxing.
I coach all aspects of training — strength, conditioning, technique, recovery, and mindset — and I’m a supportive, passionate coach who will push you to become stronger mentally and physically, helping you develop into a well-rounded athlete.

What Training Sessions Look Like
Each session starts with understanding your goals and current level, followed by regular progress and motivation check-ins to keep you accountable and on track.
Sessions include a structured warm-up, followed by strength training, conditioning, or combat/grappling coaching, depending on your goals. We finish with a cool-down and recovery work as needed.
Every session is focused on helping you become stronger mentally and physically, while building you into a well-rounded, capable athlete.
