About Zoë
I have recently graduated from university with a First-Class Marine Biology degree, and honestly? I'm still figuring out exactly what comes next for me. In the meantime, I want to do something meaningful with the skills I have - and I genuinely enjoy maths, so tutoring feels like a natural fit.
I love that tutoring is remote and flexible, which means I can keep exploring my options while helping students actually get maths rather than just survive it. It's rewarding work, and it fits the lifestyle I'm figuring out right now.
Plus, having just come out of education myself, I know what it is like to sit in a classroom feeling lost. I want to be the person who helps it click for someone else.

I believe that maths isn't about memorising formulae. Yes, you need to know them, but that's only the start. The real skill is understanding why things work the way they do.
My approach is simple: make sure the basics are covered, and then build up step by step. I don`t just show you how to get the answer, I help you understand why it works so you can tackle new problems with confidence.
I`m patient, easy-going, and know what it`s like to feel stuck on a challenging problem. There`s no such thing as a silly question here - ask away!

Zoë is one of the most hard working and reliable people that I know ! Her brightness is absolutely off the charts, which is easily portrayed and transferred within her teaching. This is true for both practical and everyday skills as well as academics. She has been a great mentor to me in the past, providing well founded help, with learning languages, whilst also pushing me to be the best version of myself that I can be. I personally am blown away by her impressive amalgamation of teaching the content, whilst making it fun and interesting.
