About Fletcher
I attended the University of Notre Dame with a deep passion for empowering the next generation. I chose teaching because I believe in the power of education to change lives—and I find it incredibly rewarding to watch students grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability. Tutoring allows me to connect with students one-on-one, give them the attention they deserve, and make a real impact in their learning journey. Helping students realize their potential isn’t just my job—it’s my purpose.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all tutoring. Every student learns differently, which is why I tailor each session to suit their unique needs, pace, and personality. My goal is simple: to make science click. With patience, clarity, and real engagement, I help students build deep understanding—not just memorize answers. I focus on boosting confidence, sparking curiosity, and making learning enjoyable again. When students feel supported, they thrive—and that’s exactly what I deliver.
