About Adrita
I am an Aston University student. I have done my IGCSEs and AS level studies. I have given IELTS and SATs. I want to teach because I believe in the transformative power of education. It’s incredibly rewarding to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in students, helping them to discover their potential. I want to create a positive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to explore new ideas. Witnessing their growth and achievements is what motivates me to be an educator.

I incorporate a variety of teaching methods to make learning engaging and relevant for my students. By integrating technology, hands-on activities, discussions, and real-world applications, I create a dynamic classroom environment. For example, in a biology unit on ecosystems, I use virtual simulations to allow students to explore habitats interactively, while hands-on experiments, like building simple machines in a physics lesson, make concepts more tangible. I encourage open discussions, such as Socratic seminars during literature units, which empower students to engage critically with the material. I also connect lessons to real-world issues, like analyzing local traffic data in math, to highlight the practical applications of their learning. I’ve seen significant improvements in student engagement and retention, especially after implementing project-based learning on renewable energy, where students expressed a deeper understanding of the subject. By regularly seeking feedback, I adapt my methods to ensure a collaborative learning environment that prepares students for diverse situations in the future.
