About Armita

I am an Electrical engineering graduate student attending the University of Windsor. I love teaching. I am a Math teacher for many years and a Swimming , Yoga Instructor for years for Kids, Teenagers, and Adults. I have flexible hours and I try to adapt my teaching style according to the student's need.

About the lesson

I design my lesson plans based on my students` needs; however, I try to include all the speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills in my curriculum. Communicative approaches will be also implemented in my lesson plans so that the students will be able to communicate after the class. I also believe in active learning and having discussions with the student rather than "I-teach-you-listen"

Armita is an excellent teacher and I love her classes! I have private lessons with her, and everything is customized based on my needs as well as making sure that there is the right level of challenge. There is something new to practice in every class, and I feel that I am gradually getting stronger and more flexible. She is really a great mentor. She is highly recommended.
