About Katie
I am currently about to go into my fourth undergraduate year studying Environmental Studies (B.A.) at Yale University. Prior to going to Yale I studied Biology, Geography and Art for A Levels at Headington School, Oxford. I was recruited to Yale for the Women's Crew team and in the past three years I have achieved Silver and Bronze medals at the Ivy Championships and 8th ranked team at the NCAA's. I am a member of Leander Club. As a junior I won gold at seven National School's Regatta's and made it to the grand final of Henley Royal Regatta in the junior girls quad. Over the last ten years, I have strengthened my knowledge about improving aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility, nutrition and developing a competitive mindset.

I aim to make the experience of tutoring as enjoyable and beneficial as possible by adjusting each class to the needs of the individual. I am a hardworking, friendly and reliable tutor and I believe I can help individuals of all ages to work towards their personal goals. After identifying general and specific goals of the individual, we will shape a training program to target those areas.
