I focus on the understanding of the topic first and foremost, memorizing in these subjects will lead you nowhere! During a lesson, the first thing would be to understand the topics in a simple manner, then understand the formulas. I have been told to be a good simplifier, I can break down a topic and explain it in a simple manner, which Albert Einstein would argue shows a good understanding in a subject. Being a student myself, I can often find the right words to explain a topic. My lessons are for first-year IB students who are struggling with Mechanics, Waves and Optics, Statistics, Vectors, Integrals and differentiation, General chemistry and Solutions chemistry.
