I studied Biomedical Science at university and later went on to become qualified as a Science teacher. Whilst I qualified with a specialism in Chemistry, I believe my original degree gives me an extensive Biology background thus making both subjects easily accessible to me at GCSE level. Throughout my teaching I taught all 3 sciences to students aged 11-16 and therefore have experience in all subjects at different levels. I have a passion for science and love sharing it. Working with young adults is something I have always been drawn to and I hope that I can help kids to learn whilst ultimately having a little bit of fun - learning can be enjoyable - let's make it happen!

I am currently a biology teacher working in the UK and writing as a referee for Charlotte Murphy.
We trained together at Durham University where she achieved her QTS in science (chemistry specialism).
She is a proactive and helpful person and I believe will make a great tutor to those that require additional support in science.
Charlotte can provide guidance and promote a love for learning through her enthusiasm and passion toward the subject.View more recommendations
