About Isabella

The first thing to do is to understand your goals, difficulties and facilities. This can be determined with a series of standardized questions and tests at first. I had an early diagnosis of hyperactive ADHD at the age of 6. I have a good experience of the condition and I went through the entire education system with it, with and without medication at different time periods. During that time I have developed all kinds of techniques to stay focused and meet goals. Today I study at the best university in the country in Social Communication and I am a researcher in the area of Communicology for 2 years. Along with personal experience I studied ADHD in depth and I believe I have good techniques to help in your studies or personal goals.
