Studying SMART instead of studying hard. Studying hard can be exhausting and create additional stress. My methods focus on developing a healthy learning atmosphere that guarantees thinking and not just parrot-fashion learning which becomes crucial for preventing burn-out at later stages of academic performance (high school and beyond).
