About Lloyd
I hold a First Class BSc in Biological Sciences and an MSc in Synthetic Biology (Merit) from the University of Edinburgh. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into clear, simple explanations and helping students feel more confident with Biology.
I’m patient, organised, and adaptable, and I tailor my approach to each student’s learning style. My aim is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building understanding, and making steady progress at their own pace.

I explain ideas clearly using diagrams, examples, and step-by-step breakdowns to make Biology feel more manageable.
Whether you’re preparing for GCSE or A-Level exams, revising difficult units, or practising past paper questions, I can help you build confidence and develop a stronger understanding of the subject. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and making steady progress.
