About Naomi
From the age of 8 I started competing in swimming. From 12 to 16 years old, participate in national and international competitions. Champion and junior runner-up in Central America. From the age of 16 to my 23 years of age, I was a swimming teacher in various recognized swimming schools. Several trainings specializing in lifeguards, adults, children and babies in learning in the water.

Methods and techniques. Depending on your age, goal and ability of each person. The development consists of 4 levels: 1. Basic. Learn to float and put your head in the water. 2. Intermediate. Moving around with thick strokes and tough physical conditioning. 3. Advanced. It consists of 4 stages and its 4 styles: crawl with fine movements, back, chest and butterfly. 4. Pro.
