I was a business analyst for 4 years but last year began my PGCE for teaching in secondary maths. I am currently graded at outstanding and expected to gain QTS in April. Can also teach Business Studies at GCSE or ALevel

My teaching method is designed around offering real life examples to base abstract theory on. Children and young adults often struggle with abstract topics (famously algebra) I design my lessons to entice their curiosity, prove the real life worth of a topic and promote mathematical reasoning, problem solving and a deeper understanding (or maths mastery).
