I know some of you may feel nervous about learning music, and that’s okay. You don’t have to already know how to sing or play an instrument perfectly—this class is about learning together, step by step. Everyone starts somewhere, and mistakes are part of the journey. In fact, they help us grow. My job is to guide you, encourage you, and make sure you enjoy the process. You are safe here to try, to explore, and to express yourself. No one here is expected to be perfect—you’re only expected to be open to learning. And trust me, you’ll be amazed at what you can do if you give yourself the chance

Welcome everyone! I want you to know that music isn’t just about instruments or notes on a page—it’s about expression, joy, and connection. Each of you already carries music inside you—through your voice, your rhythm, even your heartbeat. In this class, we’re not just learning music; we’re discovering how it can give us confidence, bring us together, and open new doors in life. You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be willing to try. By the end of this journey, I want each of you to look back and say: ‘Wow, I didn’t just learn music, I learned something about myself.’ So let’s start small, have fun, and make music that feels alive
