About Max
I am a theoretical physicist and my research focuses on the fundamental questions of the universe. Every day I use different mathematical concepts to apply and interpret them in new contexts. I am currently working as a researcher at a university in Italy.
With my many years of experience in theoretical physics, I not only bring with me extensive specialist knowledge, but also valuable teaching skills. Over the last seven years, I have led numerous courses and tutorials and have also gained extensive private tutoring experience before that. I have been awarded teaching prizes for my teaching work by both the university where I wrote my doctoral thesis and the student council there in the math and physics departments.
Of course, there is also a life outside of university - I love singing, learning languages or traveling to discover a bit of the (real) world away from the formulas :)

The focus of my tutoring is on a deeper understanding of the content. My goal is not only to give you clear methods and recipes that you can use to confidently apply new topics, but also to shed light on the overarching connections. This gives you a comprehensive overview and develops the necessary instinct to penetrate the material.
A motivating and empathetic approach is particularly important to me. I create a positive learning atmosphere in which questions are expressly welcomed and curiosity is encouraged. This philosophy has proven itself through the numerous positive feedback from my pupils and students.
I give tutoring to pupils in math and physics (from 8th grade onwards), as well as to students in physics (including experimental physics, theoretical physics, teaching, ...) and math (including math for engineers, analysis, linear algebra, teaching, ...).
