About Maddy

I have a First Class degree in Linguistics with Spanish from the University of York and a MPhil from the English Faculty of the University of Cambridge. I have previous experience tutoring adult learners of English, as well as extensive experience working with children all the way from primary to secondary age. My family hosted English students for many years, so I am well used to working with second language speakers both academically and improving through conversation.

About the lesson

Thanks to my TEFL qualification I am able to offer focused grammar and composition tutoring suitable for business and professional use. I also put great focus on improving through language use, so my lessons will be low-pressure conversation classes as much as possible. Whatever your requirements are I can design a lesson around!
