About Francis
Teaching is a noble profession and I have been in this profession for over eight years teaching science subjects, like math, physics, chemistry, computer science, etc. The fact that I could possibly enhance young persons' lives is exciting to me. My teaching experiences as well as my experience in the workforce have fostered a tremendous personal drive, it has helped me to become an independent, self-sufficient, hard-working person. My first teaching experience taught me a lot about what it means to be a teacher and a lot about myself, as a future educator. For example, I always knew that coming up with lesson plans was not easy, so I’m glad that I was able to have this experience to prepare me for it in the future. Due to the exceptionally beneficial experience, I have learned many strategies and methods that have helped me improve more as a teacher and in return benefit my students. More so, I have the ability to adapt to any teaching method in order to fit the needs of the learner. Problem-solving is another skill that has made me a good teacher. So what are you waiting for?
