मी वैष्णवीला बालपणापासून पाहत आलेलो आहे. अतिशय शांत,संयमी व्यक्तिमत्त्व! शाळेत असताना तिला योगा, जिम्नॅस्टिक मध्ये तिला प्रचंड आवड होती व आताही आहे.योगामध्ये तिला अनेक पारितोषिके मिळाली. कॉलेजमध्ये गेल्यानंतरही तिने योगाचा अभ्यास कायम ठेवला व जास्तीत जास्त नैपुण्य प्राप्त केले. मनुष्याच्या जडणघडणीत योगाचे महत्व व आरोग्यवरचे परिणाम सर्वांना माहितीच आहे, तथापि योगाचा अधिक प्रमाणात प्रचार व प्रसार व्हावा यासाठी ती नेहमीच प्रयत्नशील असते.ती अतिशय शास्त्रोक्त पद्धतीने आपल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रशिक्षण देते.तिला या कार्यासाठी खूप खूप हार्दिक शुभेच्छा !!
