About James
I am a recent Mathematics and PGCE graduate of the University of Oxford. I am currently teaching at Wycombe Abbey which top 3 school in the UK league table. I am happy to teach any level within the Maths curriculum including statistics, mechanics and further Maths. I take great pride in the quality of my tutoring and have seen significant improvement for pupils of all levels. I can do 1-2 hour lessons and provide the first lesson free of charge.

I spend the first 20 minutes of the lesson going through the theory and examples. The next 20 minutes have the pupil go through the examples explaining the method as they work through (I will give pointers and help where required). Then 15 minutes of working through more challenging variation of questions and checking through answers with the official mark scheme. The last 5 minutes; a plenary going through the key learning points of the lesson and some useful exam technique.
