About Cesar Yair

Communication student in Sinaloa, Mexico.

I have been part of the theater world for 11 years and currently at my university I am an outstanding student for different presentations throughout the state.

I have always liked to express myself and say what I feel, I would like more people to have the same communication skills

About the lesson

The objective of the classes is that you learn to express yourself freely in front of an audience, whether it is for a theatrical performance, a school exhibition or a simple speech.

For this it is important to improve:
- Voice tone
- body movements
- Warm up before going on stage
- put shame aside
- Reinforce confidence
