About Lihini
I am a 21 year old medical student at the University of Nottingham. I am new to tutoring gcse students, however as a medical student going into third year I have experience in teaching different students and have a desire to pursue my passion for teaching. I am a stronger believer in adapting my approach to student’s individual needs with the core of my teaching centering around building my student’s confidence.

My lessons will be 1 hour long. I like to focus on teaching multiple learning strategies, with a heaving emphasis on active recall and spatial repetition. I believe the following three step process is key to success:
- Gain comprehension of the study material and fully understand the exam board specification
- Store the information in your long term memory using different scientifically proven memory techniques
- Recall that information through question practise using the mark schemes given
