About Mila

I’m a third-year nursing student at McMaster University with a strong background in science, math, and English. As a student myself, I understand how frustrating it can feel when a concept just isn’t clicking. I’ve also benefited from tutoring, so I know how valuable patience, encouragement, and clear explanations can be. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence in their abilities.

About the lesson

I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, whether they want help with reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, or school assignments. As a university student who has also received tutoring, I understand how important patience and clear explanations are. I use examples, practice questions, and step-by-step guidance to make concepts easier to understand while helping students build confidence and become more independent learners.
