About Tremblay
As a third-year university STEM student with several years of tutoring experience, I am passionate about helping students feel more confident and successful in mathematics. I understand that many students struggle with math not because they are incapable, but because they have not yet found explanations that work for their learning style. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving step-by-step.
I provide organized, professional, and personalized tutoring tailored to each student’s needs and academic goals. Whether a student needs help catching up in class, preparing for tests, improving grades, or strengthening their overall understanding of math, I focus on building strong problem-solving skills and long-term confidence. I take a patient, supportive, and personalized approach to tutoring, focusing on helping students truly understand mathematical concepts instead of simply memorizing formulas. As a third-year university STEM student with several years of tutoring experience, I know that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to match each student’s pace, strengths, and learning style. I break down difficult problems step-by-step and focus on building confidence alongside problem-solving skills.
A typical lesson includes reviewing key concepts, working through examples together, practicing questions of increasing difficulty, and identifying areas that need extra support. I also help students develop study strategies, improve organization, and learn how to approach unfamiliar problems with confidence.
