I am an upper-intermediate level Chinese speaker currently studying the level 5 HSK. I have recently achieved a grade 9 in my Mandarin GCSE with full marks in my speaking section. I am currently studying History, Geography, English and Music alongside my HSK at the Perse Upper School in Cambridge.

Having recently achieved a level 9 in GCSE Mandarin with full marks in my speaking section, I am well-equipped to aid those taking the GCSE (and those who simply want to learn the language!). Lessons will involve dictation tests, syllabus guidance as well as helpful tips and tricks that help with characters and pronunciation. Furthermore, my writing is clear and distinct and I speak in standard Mandarin without a regional accent, both of which makes learning significantly easier for tutees. I am also more than happy to supplement learning through introducing students to different aspects of Chinese culture such as food, TV shows, singers, history, books, and traditions, among others. Lessons near the time of significant festivals may also be themed towards them if desired.
