About Victor

As a seasoned music educator and performer with over ten years of experience, I've cultivated a profound passion for sharing the richness of musicology with others. With expertise spanning the piano, guitar, and the saxophone. I've had the privilege of connecting with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels; from children to older adults. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that music is a potent medium for self-expression and personal growth. By merging technical proficiency with creative exploration, I empower my students to uncover their unique musical voices and styles. My teaching approach is tailored to each student's needs, incorporating music theory lessons using tonic solfa and sheet music. Beyond music, I find inspiration in various aspects of life, from history and science to wildlife and aviation. This diverse range of interests enables me to craft engaging, relatable content that enhances the learning experience for my students. In my classes, you can expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere that fosters creativity, comfort, and growth. I prioritize creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore their musicality at their own pace. By combining music with visual elements, I aim to deepen the impact of our artistic expressions and inspire students to reach their full potentials.

About the lesson

As a passionate and experienced vocal coach, I specialize in helping singers of all levels unlock the full potential of their voice. My sessions focus on vocal strength, control, tone, confidence, and artistic expression. Whether you're singing for ministry, the stage, or personal growth, I’ll guide you with techniques that produce lasting results. My Coaching Method My approach is personalized and supportive, combining professional vocal techniques with musical expression. I work with students to develop not just their voice, but their identity as vocalists. You will learn: - Breath control and support - Vocal warm-ups and muscle coordination - Range expansion and pitch accuracy - Tone shaping and vocal placement - Diction, phrasing, and emotional delivery - Harmony skills and performance techniques - Vocal health and endurance strategies What a Typical Session Looks Like Each session is tailored to you and typically includes: - Vocal warm-up and technique building - Focus on vocal goals (range, control, tone, etc.) - Song work – applying techniques to real music - Vocal coaching and performance feedback - Weekly assignments for consistent growth What Sets Me Apart as a Vocal Coach - Over a decade of coaching experience in various vocal styles - Deep roots in gospel, Afrobeat, classical, and contemporary music - Experience working with soloists, choirs, and worship leaders - Emphasis on technique and emotional expression - Patient, encouraging, and results-driven coaching style - Proven success in preparing students for performances, recordings, and auditions Who Are These Coaching Sessions For? - Beginners learning to control and strengthen their voice - Intermediate and advanced singers wanting to refine tone and expression - Choir members, worship leaders, and gospel soloists - Public speakers and presenters seeking vocal clarity and power - Children, adults and teens seeking professional or personal vocal growth

Perfect! Honestly this was such a refreshing class. I was nervous going into it but he reassured me this is a safe space and made me feel more and more comfortable. He easily pointed out exactly where I needed help and explained how we would keep working together to achieve the end goal I wish for. I think the instruments he adds to the session only helps you more with exercises as well. Definitely looking forward to the next session.

Perfect! Victor responds quickly and is very informative about the topic. Gave my daughter great insight into her vocals and how to use her breath to extend her voice. Give notes to ensure you have information to reflect on after your session. Pleasant personality and truly enjoys teaching others.

Victor is really good with what he does. His classes are engaging and fun-filled.
I would have to say he really knows how to teach music. I am really happy I have him as a music teacher.

He incorporates music theory into his classes and that helped me play my instrument really quick.

I recommend his services to anyone who is serious about taking his/her music career to the next level.

Victor is good and you will see it for yourself when you have a class with him.

Victor has been my tutor for the past 1 year and it's been super fun of a journey.
He's the best music tutor I've met so far. I recommend him for whoever needs a goot music tutor.
