About Kavin

I am a Physiotherapist specialized in fat loss, injury rehab and strength training. I work with students, working professionals, postpartum moms and senior citizens to help them move better, look fitter and feel confident. Every session is personalized based on your lifestyle, fitness level and goals — no crash diets, no shortcuts, only smart training and real results.

About the lesson

My classes are a blend of Functional Training, Strength Workout, Zumba and Dance Fitness, customized based on your fitness level, pain condition and body goals. I make sure the sessions are fun, energetic and safe, even if you have knee, back or shoulder pain. Each Class Includes: • Warm-up & mobility activation • Zumba / Dance Fitness for cardio & fat burning • Strength & Core Training for toning • Posture correction and body alignment cues • Stretching & Relaxation to reduce tightness Best Suited For: Fat Loss & Inch Loss Postnatal Recovery Beginners & Restarting Fitness People with Back/Knee Pain (modified workouts) Anyone who loves music + movement
