In my online Zumba and Pilates classes, I employ a blend of engaging, energetic dance moves coupled with core-strengthening exercises to create a fun and dynamic workout experience. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, incorporating warm-up, main workout, and cooldown phases to ensure a balanced approach. With over five years of experience as a certified fitness instructor specializing in both Zumba and Pilates, I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
