About Louise
I studied Anthropology at UCL, winning the national essay prize. I didn't know what Anthropology was, until my flatmate studied it and I became so interested that I switched degree and was a first class student.
My A-levels were in Biology, Chemistry, English Lit & Maths with an Art diploma from Kingston University, so I have a wide range of subject knowledge.
I understand the difficulty when subject teachers in school or university don't inspire or no-longer empathise that concepts can be hard to understand, and I enjoy helping students *click* with things they previously worried they would never understand.

My teaching methodology is personalised to the student. Sometimes this is exam coaching, using previous exam mark schemes to improve test results, other times I work with the student to improve their understanding of concepts and relate contemporary world examples and developments to inspire them and to keep students motivated.
