About Dakota

I am a graduate from the University of Connecticut and tutored my peers at my college's tutoring center. Mathematics has always been a passion of mine, and I believe that everyone has what it takes to succeed in the subject. My experience with tutoring goes beyond the center at my college, as I have freelance tutored for students in middle school through college.
I look forward to helping student's understanding of mathematics grow during our time together.

About the lesson

Before our first lesson, I ask that students send over some of their current assignments and classwork, so I can customize a lesson plan for their session. I create new practice problems, so the student gets to practice and strengthen their skills beyond the homework assignments. Additionally, I can help with homework and preparing for upcoming tests and exams.
