About Beatriz
I am a graduate student in Biophysics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and have been teaching for about two years. I have already taught classes for students at different levels (from elementary to first college). I try to start my classes by reviewing what the student already knows and, in this context, adding new information and solving their doubts. Daughter of two teachers (mother biologist and father mathematician) I believe in a more profound and practical teaching, not "maceteado". Thus, my classes have many exercises and everyday examples for the student.

Hello! My name is Beatriz and I am 24 years old. I have been working in the laboratory since I was 15 years old and I am currently a Scientific Initiation student at the Neurochemistry Laboratory at IBCCF. I also work as a physics teacher at Carlos Chagas Filho Pre-University Entrance Exam. Because I work in a Pre Vestibular, I have a greater experience with classes aimed at this audience, but I had good experiences giving classes to students of any year of high school. I work in this segment with physics and biology content. My degree in Biophysics allows me to have a broader knowledge of various areas of knowledge (chemistry, physics, mathematics and biology) and deep in interdisciplinarities (biochemistry, physiology, biophysics, physical chemistry). I have already presented my work developed in the laboratory at conferences and have experience with classes in the area of: cell biology, general physiology, neuroanatomy, biophysics and mathematics.

Além de um conhecimento invejável no que ensina, a Beatriz é muito organizada e nunca chega atrasada e cumpre muito bem os horários estabelecidos.
Como professora ela apresenta muita paciência além de um grande amor para ensinar, fala claramente e pausadamente, o que ajuda muito na compreensão da matéria.Fui aluna da Beatriz ano passado e ela meu deu aulas de física (estou no segundo ano do ensino médio) .
