About Shaiem
Teaching has always come naturally to me. Whether I’m helping a friend with algebra or explaining physics to a GCSE student, I find real joy in breaking things down and seeing that “lightbulb” moment happen. There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding someone from confusion to confidence — and it’s a feeling I never get tired of. Over the past few years, I’ve supported students from all kinds of backgrounds, helping them turn low grades into strong results. I’m proud to say that one of my GCSE Maths students went from a Grade 3 to a Grade 7 and even chose to take Maths at A-Level — that’s the kind of impact I aim to have. My approach is always positive, supportive, and tailored to the student. I don’t believe in just memorising answers — I teach how to think through problems, so students become independent learners. I’m here not just to teach a subject, but to help you enjoy it, believe in yourself, and feel proud of what you can achieve. Let’s learn together — at your pace, in your style.

Hi! I’m Shaiem, a 2nd-year Computer Science & Mathematics student at the University of Manchester. With a strong academic track record and real classroom experience, I’ve supported dozens of students in achieving breakthrough results — particularly in GCSE & A-Level Maths and Physics.
