About Charles

While at UF, I was employed by the Athletic Association and tutored math and physics to athletes - ranging from a football player to a swimmer. I also tutored privately on my own.

I currently work full time at Procter & Gamble. My strong understanding of physics and engineering concepts allows me to effectively communicate physics in simple terms. I really enjoy teaching problem-solving strategies, and I believe that students can succeed if they focus on gaining a solid understanding of concepts.

About the lesson

I really enjoy teaching students how to solve problems. I push my students to UNDERSTAND, instead of just memorize.

I want to give my students the confidence that they CAN tackle their physics problems. Ever problem has a solution, and I'll show you how to apply the fundamental laws of physics to get to that solution.

Nick

Charles tutored me for calculus 3 during my freshman year. Being an athlete and having dyslexia and ADD, Charles was extremely helpful and instrumental to my success in the class. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and is very good at explaining difficult material. I would highly recommend Charles as a tutor.

He was great at teaching me physics 1. He made sure I understood every part of the problem and I learned more from him than the professors.
