About Felix
Hi, I'm Felix, a University of Melbourne Electrical Engineering student with a strong background in mathematics and problem-solving.
I understand that many students don't just need someone to show them the answer—they need a tutor who can explain concepts clearly, build their confidence, and help them develop independent problem-solving skills. My approach is patient, structured, and tailored to each student's level, whether they're aiming to improve their grades, prepare for SACs, or achieve a high ATAR.
Having recently completed VCE mathematics myself, I'm familiar with the curriculum, common mistakes students make, and effective exam strategies. I focus on helping students truly understand the "why" behind mathematical methods, not just memorize formulas.
Parents and students can expect a professional, reliable, and supportive tutoring experience, with lessons that are well-prepared and focused on measurable improvement.

I enjoy teaching student the skills to problem solving and the idea behind each concept rather than solely presenting the answers.
A typical lesson lasts for 90mins, with the first half session teaching the concept and tactics to solving a problem and the second half session going through practical exercises.
