About Sofia
I am a PhD student in Statistics and Machine Learning at the University of Oxford. I recently graduated from a Master's in Machine Learning at University of Cambridge, and, before that graduated with first-class honours in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. During my undergraduate degree, I also studied at UCLA for a year. I am Italian and Argentine, but have been lucky enough to study and work in London, Madrid, Los Angeles and Buenos Aires. I love meeting people from all over the world and would love to help you succeed in your academic endeavours! Sometimes all it takes is a bit of guidance. I look forward to meeting you :)

I am happy to help with entrance exams, academic planning, and applications. I am Italian and Argentine, but was raised in London and Madrid. I know how difficult it can be to apply to universities in the UK and abroad with no guidance! I am here to help :)

I‘ve known Sofia throughout my postgraduate studies in Cambridge and think very highly of her. Not only does she have great skills and knowledge in her field but her amazing personality makes her a wonderful friend too.
Sofia is super approachable, pragmatic, and easy to talk to. I.am certain her PhD in Oxford will extend her skills even more which will make her a well rounded, efficient and effective tutor!Sofia is such an amazing tutor: attentive, knowledgable, and patient. Her educational and professional background is also really inspiring as an ML student. I am very happy I chose her to support my studies!
