About Jon
Hello! My name is Jon, and I am currently studying Business Enterprise at the University of Strathclyde. My degree has given me a strong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, finance, and business, while also developing my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
I am passionate about helping students build confidence in subjects they may find challenging. I understand that everyone learns at a different pace, so I create a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to ensure they genuinely understand the concepts behind what they are learning.
Alongside my studies, I balance part-time work and leadership responsibilities within a university society, which have strengthened my communication, organisation, and time management skills. These experiences have taught me how to explain ideas clearly, work with people from diverse backgrounds, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
