About Sina

Hi! I recently graduated with a MSc degree from Simon Fraser University. I have a passion for solving challenging problems in physics and math, a hobby I've had since high school. With years of experience as a teaching assistant and tutoring students from middle school to university level, I am dedicated to helping you understand and excel in these subjects. Whether you need help with homework, exam preparation, or mastering difficult concepts, I am here to make learning easier and more enjoyable for you.

About the lesson

Teaching Methodology:

My teaching approach is rooted in the belief that every student can master complex concepts with the right guidance and support. I focus on creating a personalized learning experience that caters to each student's unique needs and learning style. Here’s how I make my method stand out:

Understanding the Student: I begin by assessing the student's current understanding and identifying areas of strength and improvement. This helps me tailor the lessons to address their specific needs.

Conceptual Clarity: I emphasize a deep understanding of the underlying concepts rather than rote memorization. I use real-world examples and analogies to make abstract ideas more relatable and easier to grasp.

Interactive Learning: My lessons are highly interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and engage in discussions. I believe active participation is key to effective learning.

Step-by-Step Problem Solving: I break down complex problems into manageable steps, guiding students through each step to build their confidence and problem-solving skills.

Regular Feedback: I provide constructive feedback and continuous assessment to monitor progress and adjust the teaching plan as needed. This ensures that students stay on track and achieve their learning goals.

Encouraging Curiosity: I inspire students to be curious and to explore beyond the syllabus, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking.
