Hi myself Varsha Tirthani. I am a qualified yoga instructor. I have been learning and teaching yoga for 6 years now. I teach power yoga, hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, yoga for strength improvement, yoga for weight loss, and I teach Pranayama and meditation. You can start your yoga journey with me.
